How do I get to the accommodation?
We are located about 35 minutes from the city of Girona and 40 minutes from the airport Girona Coasta Brava. When you book, you will receive detailed directions. We can also arrange transportation from the Girona train station or airport for an additional fee.
What should I bring to the retreat?
Comfortable clothing for exercise and outdoor activities, and an open mind. Yoga mats and accessories are provided.
Do you accommodate dietary preferences?
Yes! We accommodate various dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other requests. Please indicate any dietary preferences when you book.
We encourage digital detox.
Can I visit the property before I book?
We offer guided 'tour' of the property by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a visit. This is a great way to experience the space and ask any questions you may have.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee.
For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
For cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat, no refund will be issued.
